About 6 km from Florence stands "Villa Arrighetti", also known as "Il Galateo" or "Podere Celline", meeting point between XVI and XVII century as "Arcadia dei pastori Antellesi", cultural party grouping poets, gentlemen, artists and men of letters.
Villa Arrighetti, in the middle of the hillside surrounded by its vineyard and olive trees, is located five minutes from Antella village, overloocked by the beautiful and striking Romanesque XII century church of "Santa Maria".
The church stands on the village central square where are located stores of different kinds such as bank, post office and bus stop. Bus can take you in about half an hour downtown Florence and in case of need in a few minutes to the near hospital of Santa Maria Annunziata.
Guests will have their own parking and a large outside space with “gazebo" and garden perfect for walking, eating and relax. Those who love nature and green spaces may attend to the grape harvest in September, and to the olive pick-up in November, both very important farming activities.
Small animals are welcome.
